We at iConsultancy recommend an integrative process that will produce the best possible results for you, and at the same time allow you to take control of your website’s content and expand the skills of you, your volunteers, and staff. Most of our projects use the Open Source WordPress content management software that lets you easily learn to update the website content by yourself.  Below are some website plans to suit any project and budget.

1. Web Presence

A ‘business card on the web’ type of site, makes the statement that you exist and have an internet presence.

It features a bit about you, what you do, contact info, and some references.

Through the yearly maintenance, we handle everything including domain registration, hosting, security, and basic design.

Setup cost and first year’s maintenance: $300 

Yearly maintenance thereafter: $150

2. Presentation

This type of site makes a solid presentation of your project and organization. Besides menus to various sub-pages, we also give you the opportunity to get involved by teaching you how to update it yourself should you choose to do so.  Through the yearly maintenance, we handle everything including domain registration, hosting, security, periodic content updates, and design using templates as well as incorporating the logo and color scheme you otherwise use offline. This type of website can also be in multiple languages.

Yearly maintenance thereafter: $200

3. E-commerce

This site features a full menu system, which not only presents both you and your organization but also sells up to 50 of your products through existing credit card processors and reseller integration. Through the yearly maintenance fees, we handle frequent updates and customer support as well as basic domain registration, hosting, and security. Our designs use templates, custom designs as well as incorporating the logo and color scheme you otherwise use offline. We also train up your staff to work with the Content Management system we use. We also offer Search Engine Optimization for your home page and 4 other “backdoors”.
